photo by mzhumminaFlickR is a very nice picture sharing website because it keeps your photos no matter what. I learned how to upload pictures on to this website. It has a guide that will help you saying how to upload your pictures in eight easy steps(the first one says what is flickr). The steps in order are upload, edit, organize, share, maps, make stuff, and keep in touch. If you want to know how to get to the tour, scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and press "take tour". From now on, instead of using google images I'm going to use Flickr(unless I forget).
You really understand what Flickr is all about. I think the coolest thing about Flickr is that you can store, edit & share your pics. Not many sites can do all of that!
